Certain functional lab tests, including the GI-MAP stool analysis, are not available to residents of all U.S. states and territories. At this time, the GI-MAP is not available to residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island due to state and territory lab regulations.

It is your responsibility to verify that the lab test you are ordering is available in your state before completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed from restricted states.
