Create Your Healthie Account and Complete Intake Questionnaire — Create Your Fullscript Account When Prompted
Following purchase, you'll receive a link to create your Healthie client portal account. You must create your Healthie portal and complete the intake questionnaire before your lab kit can be processed or shipped — this step is required. You will also need to create a Fullscript account when prompted. Both a Healthie account and a Fullscript account are required to access your lab instructions, order forms, results, and supplement recommendations. The questionnaire covers your health history, symptom timeline, and relevant context.
About your Healthie portal
Healthie is a secure HIPAA-compliant client portal where your intake questionnaire, lab results, educational report, and D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® recommendations will all be posted. You'll also access your Fullscript supplement dispensary from within your portal.
Your Kit Ships to You
Your lab collection kit arrives to your home with clear instructions. You collect the sample on your own schedule and return it to the lab via the prepaid shipping materials included. Some panels require bloodwork so you will be provided with an order form which you can take to a nearby lab to be completed.
Receive Your Personalized Report
Once GI Map results are processed, Mary reviews your data and prepares your educational report. You'll receive findings translated into clear language, paired with an individualized D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® protocol. If a la carte labs were ordered, you will receive results only. Everything is delivered directly to your Healthie portal.
Access Professional-Grade Supplements (Optional)
Your Healthie portal connects directly to Fullscript, a professional dispensary. If your report includes supplement recommendations, you can order them at a practitioner discount — no separate account needed. Access also includes ability to order any supplements taken on a regular basis by client.
Retest on Your Timeline (Optional)
After implementing your recommendations, retesting provides objective data on what's shifted. It's recommended and considered best practice to retest in order to ensure supplement protocols have been effective. Healing, especially from chronic issues, takes time and multiple protocols may be necessary before achieving optimal wellness.

This is a self-directed model by design. Mary's report and protocol are educational resources — not prescriptions. There are no mandatory follow-up sessions, no ongoing commitments, and no pressure to implement anything on anyone else's schedule. What you do with your data is entirely your decision.
